| Objective: A prospective study was conducted to compare the short-term efficacy of a new type of domestic and imported semi-hip prosthesis in the treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly and to evaluate the efficacy of the new type of semi-hip prosthesis in the treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly.Methods: The elderly femoral neck fracture patients admitted to the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university from May 2015 to September 2016 were studied.Seventeen patients with domestic SS Bipolar head and SL-TWIN non-cement prosthesis were included in the experimental group,and 17 elderly femoral neck fracture patients with imported Bipolar head and SL-PLUS non-cement prosthesis were included in the control group at the same time.One year of follow-up was conducted after the surgery.Harris score and Barthel index,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,length of stay and postoperative complications were statistically analyzed before and after surgery for comparison between the two groups.Results: Preoperative and postoperative experimental group and control group,compared between the two groups Harris score,Barthel index had no statistical significance(P>0.05),two groups of preoperative Harris scoring and Barthel index respectively,and after 3 months,6 months,1 year compare all have significant difference(P<0.05).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and length of hospital stay,and no significant difference(P>0.05).In the control group,1 case of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and 1 case of periprosthetic fracture with dislocation occurred.Conclusion: The imported semi-hip prosthesis,the new domestic semi-hipprosthesis has the same satisfactory short-term efficacy,which can relieve the pain of femoral neck fracture in the elderly,enable the early rehabilitation of the affected limb function,avoid the occurrence of a series of adverse symptoms caused by long-term bed rest,improve the prognosis of patients,and improve the living standard. |
