Metal surgical instruments are the fixed assets of the hospital.The level of management of metal surgical instruments can reflect the level of diagnosis and treatment of a hospital from the side.In recent years,as the environment has deteriorated,the number of patients has increased year by year,requiring the use of a large number of metal surgical instruments.However,the number of metal surgical instruments in hospitals is limited,so it is essential to strengthen the management of metal surgical instruments.This paper is mainly aimed at the current use of RFID technology in the management of metal surgical instruments,the electronic label can not work properly on the metal surface,using the antennaless label to achieve the management of metal surgical instruments,according to the label collision problem that may exist in the management process and The security privacy issue identifies solutions and designs a system architecture for managing metal surgical instruments with antennaless tags.First of all,the research background of this paper,the management methods of metal surgical instruments and the research status at home and abroad are introduced.Then,the structure of the antennaless tag,the working principle and the components of the system components are introduced respectively.The metal surgical instruments with antennaless tags are modeled and simulated by HFSS.The feasibility of the management of metal surgical instruments with antennaless tag is verified by the analysis of simulation data.Then,the problem of label collision and the possible security and privacy problems faced by the antennaless tag in the process of information transmission are introduced in detail,and a suitable solution is found.It provides safety for the efficient management of metal surgical instruments.Finally,the system architecture of RFID-based metal surgical instrument management was designed.Aiming at the needs of all aspects of hospitals in the process of managing metal surgical instruments with antennaless tags,the appropriate functional modules and databases were designed and some functional modules were developed.In this paper,the use of antennaless tags to achieve management of metal surgical instruments,anti-collision algorithms and the introduction of security privacy solutions have greatly enhanced the management of metal surgical instruments without antenna tags.The RFID-based metal surgical instrument management system architecture and the design of functional modules and databases provide a guarantee for the intelligent management of metal surgical instruments.
