Objective:To explore the clinical value of three dimensional pulsed continuous arterial spin labeling technique in predicting hemorrhagic transformation after acute cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 71 cases of acute cerebral infarction with unilateral onset in the department of neurology of the second affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university from October 2017 to July 2018 were collected.pCSAL images of 1525ms?1.5s?and 2525ms?2.5s?of Post labeling delay were selected,respectively.All patients were divided into hemorrhagic transformation group and non-hemorrhagic transformation g-roup in SWI,and CBF1.5s and CBF2.5s were measured on both the patient side and the healthy side,and statistical analysis was performed.Results:?1?No-hemorrhagic transformation group:CBF1.5s andCBF2.5s on the affected side,PLDCBF1.5s and CBF2.5s on the healthy side,CBF1.5s on the affected sideand CBF1.5s on the healthy side,and CBF2.5s.5s on the affected side,and CBF2.5s.5s on the healthy side,there were statistically significant differences between the group;Hemorrhagic transformation group:CBF1.5s and CBF2.5s.5s on the patient side,CBF1.5s and CBF2.5s on the health side,and CBF1.5s on the patient side and CBF1.5s on the health side,the differences were statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference between the CBF2.5 of the affected side and the CBF2.5of the healthy side.?2?Comparison between hemorrhage group and non-hemorrhage group:the percept of early arrival of blood flow,the percept of delayed arrival of reverse flow,and comparison between groups showed statistically significant differences.?3?There are differences between the percept groups of early arrival of blood flow;there are differences between the percept groups of delayed arrival of reverse blood flow??2=9.412?6.594,P=0.024?0.037?.Conclusion:The pCASL technique of two PLD can be used to evaluate intracranial arterial collateral circulation,which provides a possibility to predict hemorrhagic transformation after acute cerebral infarction and has important clinical value.
