Ultrasungrouphy Value In Premature Ovarian Failure

Objectives;To investigate the effective diagnosis of premature ovarian failure and provide evidence for early diagnosis and early treatment of premature ovarian failure.,To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler in premature ovarian failure and to provide an economical,sensitive and convenient index for patients with premature ovarian failure.Methods: The 40 cases of premature ovarian failure received from December 2016 to 2017 December in our hospital were included in the control group,and 40 cases of healthy women of childbearing age were included in the control group.The basic sex hormone and transvaginal color Doppler were used in both groups.Results:The levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)were significantly higher than those of control group(P < 0.01).In the E2 level,the study group was significantly lower than the control group and the difference was statistically(P <0.01).EDV and PSV were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group.In PI and RI,there were significant differences between the two groups(P <0.01).Conclusions: The levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)were significantly higher than those of control group(P < 0.01).In the E2 level,the study group was significantly lower than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).EDV and Psv were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group.In PI and RI,there were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.01).Conclusion: The application of ovarian sex hormone detection combined with transvaginal color Dopple in the diagnosis of premature ovarian failure can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy,than simple detection of hormone level is more valuable,worthy of clinical wide application and promotion.
