Objective: The aim of this study is to evaluate the dislipidemia and the level of homocysteine in psoriasis, and to look for a correlation between their levels and worsening of psoriasis by analysing the psoriasis patients who were treated in the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. Methods: Collect 67 individuals psoriasis patients(patients group)who were treated in hospital during December 1,2017 to December 1,2018,separate them into inactive group and active group, and gather the information of 66 apparently healthy individuals(control group)who have physical examination test in Xinjiang Medical examination center during the same time.Compare the total cholesterol, total triglycerides, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, apolipoprotein B,lipoprotein(a)and plasma homocysteine of three groups of individuals. To analysis the differentiation of patients group and control group. Results: The differentiation between control groups and patients group(include mild and severe groups)have an statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients presented risk changes in a rise in total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, lipoprotein(a)and homocysteine,a reduction in high density lipoprotein cholesterol. Moreover,we found that the worsening of psoriasis was associated with the enhancement of the lipid and of homocysteine risk changes. Conclusion: Psoriasis patients present a rise in risk changes and a reduction of protected changes of cardiovascular disease, suggested that psoriasis patients must be considered as a group at risk for cardiovascular disease and that this risk seems to be higher in severe psoriasis. Therefore,we should pay more attention to the level of lipid and homocysteine of psoriasis patients, take intervention measure timely when it is necessary.
