Objective: In the past, scholars believed that patients with apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(AHCM)had no left ventricular outflow tract obstruction and pressure gradient, and the annual mortality rate was low,the prognosis was good. However,in recent years scholars have different perspectives on it clinical and prognostic processes. It is believed that not all patients with AHCM have a benign clinical course. Therefore, this study mainly relies on the method of meta-analysis to study the influencing factors affecting the prognosis of AHCM.Methods: We searched the databases of PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library, and Wanfang,Weipu,China Knowledge Network(CNKI)and China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),we obtained all the documents from the earliest records to November 1,2018,according to the standard we made screening literature. Finally,a total of 11 studies involving a total of 2,149 patients were included in the study. We analyzed the effect of different data on event-free survival(EFS).Results were evaluated using a combined odds ratio(OR)and 95% confidence interval(95%CI).At the same time,we also analyzed the general characteristics of patients, including age, gender as well as the impact of hypertension and diabetes. Results: Age,LAD and LVEF,patients with hypertension, diabetes is statistically significant,age(OR=1.04,95%CI: 1.02-1.07),LAD(OR=1.14,95%CI: 1.10-19.19),patients with hypertension(OR=1.62,95%CI:1.17-2.24),diabetes(OR=1.63,95%CI:1.03-2.58)is risk factors for cardiovascular adverse events,LVEF(OR=0.97,95%CI:0.93-1.00)is protective factor.Gender(OR=1.43,95%CI:0.98-2.10),different types of AHCM(OR=1.12,95%CI:0.86-1.47)and LAVI(OR=1.05,95%CI:0.97-1.14)have no statistically significant difference in prognosis. Conclusion: The prognostic factors affecting AHCM are complex and diverse, like age,LAD,LVEF,hypertension, diabetes and prognosis, age and LAD.The decrease of LVEF is an indicator of prognosis of patients. The influence of different types of AHCM,genders and LAVI on prognosis remains to be further studied.
