The Influence Of Folic Acid And Vitamin B12' Level On Curative Effect For Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Whose Chemotherapy Is Pemetrexed Combine With Platinum In Xinjiang

Objective: The influence of folic acid and vitamin B12's level on curative effect for non-small cell lung cancer whose first-line chemotherapy is pemetrexed combine with platinum in Xinjiang.Method:Select original 61 non-small cell lung cancer patients whose first-line chemotherapy use pemetrexed combine with platinum and at least complete two cycle regimens.Before the chemotherapy and each cycle of chemotherapy respectively,detect the patients folic acid and vitamin B12'level by use electrochemiluminescence method,and evaluate the chemotherapeutic effect during at least two cycles,following up patients until disease progressed or the first-line chemotherapy was completed,and compare the collected data between the two nationalities.Results:(1)There are no statistical significance(P> 0.05)between Uygur and Han patients in the following items: gender,smoking history,age,pathological differentiation,staging and the difference of vitamin B12's level;But there is statistical significance(P<0.05)in the difference of folic acid's level,and the folic acid levelin Han patients is higher than in Uygur patients.(2)Such items have no influence(P>0.05)for the prognosis of patients whom received pemetrexed combine with platinum chemotherapy : gender,smoking history,age,pathological differentiation,neoplasm staging,the vitamin B12's level,whether the items of nationality and folic acid' level can affect the prognosis(P<0.05),and the Han patients have batter prognosis than Uygur patients,the patients with higher folic acid level's prognosis is better than the lower folic acid level.(3)The Progress Free Survival(PFS)in non-small cell lungcancer patients,Han patients is obvious superior to Uygur patients.Conclusion: The serum folic acid level in non-small cell lung cancer Han patients is higher than in Uygur patients,and the curative effect in non-small cell lung cancer patients who received first-line chemotherapy with pemetrexed combine with platinum Han patients is obvious superior to Uygur patients,So the difference of serum folic acid level may can use for dynamic testing the late period non-small cell lung cancer patients' curative effect.
