| Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Semen Zizyphi Spinosae decoction in the treatment of insomnia due to heart and liver blood deficiency after thyroid cancer surgery,and to provide a useful reference for clinical practice.Methods:Research object is derived from our hospital from 80 patients with thyroid cancer surgery,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases,treatment group given estazolam and zizyphus jujube benevolence tonga,control group with estazolam tablets,therapy for four weeks,compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment,the index of PSQI score and PSQI each component scores,SAS,SDS score changes,and evaluate its safety.Result:1.Before treatment,there were no significant differences in gender,age,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),and depression self-rating scale(SDS)scores between the two groups,indicating that the two groups could be compared.2.After treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 92.5% and 80.0% respectively,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant,indicating that the curative effect of zizaoren decoction combined with eszolam tablets in the treatment of insomnia caused by heart,liver and blood deficiency after thyroid cancer surgery was significantly better than that of eszolam alone.3.PSQI scores:Intra-group comparison was conducted between the two groups before and after treatment: PSQI score and PSQI component score of the treatment group were both decreased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.The PSQI score and PSQI component score of the control group were both lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.Comparison between the two groups after treatment: the score of PSQI in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group;the score of PSQI components in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group in terms of sleep quality,sleep disorder,sleep time and daytime dysfunction.Thedifference was statistically significant.4.SAS and SDS:ntra-group comparison: SDS and SAS scores of the treatment group and the control group were both lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant.Comparison between groups after treatment:SDS and SAS scores of the treatment group and the control group both decreased compared with the previous group,and the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The results indicated that the combination of zizaoren decoction and eszolam tablets was better than eszolam tablets in improving anxiety and depression.Conclusion : 1 Semen Zizyphi Spinosae decoction has a clear clinical effect on insomnia after thyroid cancer surgery,and is significantly better than esazolam tablets in reducing the total PSQI score and the score of each component in patients with insomnia due to heart,liver and blood deficiency after thyroid cancer surgery.2.Semen Zizyphi Spinosae Decoction has a good effect on improving sleep quality,sleep time,sleep disorder and recovery of daytime dysfunction in patients,and esazolam tablet has more obvious advantages in sleep time,sleep efficiency and the use of hypnotic drugs.3.Semen Zizyphi Spinosae decoction combined with eszolam tablets was better than eszolam tablets in improving anxiety and depression.4.Semen Zizyphi Spinosae Decoction is safe,no adverse reaction. |
