Clinical Observation Of Abdominal Acupuncture In Treatment Of Insomnia Of Heart-biliary Qi Deficiency Type

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with basic medicine(zolpidan tartrate tablets)in the treatment of insomnia with deficiency of heart and gallbladder qi.Prescription.method: 70 patients with insomnia due to deficiency of heart and gallbladder qi were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 2)and control group(n = 3).33 patients in treatment group were treated with abdominal acupuncture and basic drugs.32 patients in the control group were treated with basic drugs.After two courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the PSQI score and TCM syndrome score were statistically analyzed.Results: 1 after 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was87.87%.The total effective rate was 81.5% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant by rank sum test.2 after treatment,the PSQI scores of the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before treatment,and the sleep quality,sleep time and sleep time were lower than those before treatment.The score of sleep disorder was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3 the scores of TCM symptoms of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment.There was significant difference in rank sum test(P < 0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: 1 both groups can be used to treat insomnia caused by deficiency of heart,gallbladder and qi.To a certain extent,the curative effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with basic drugs is better than that of basic drugs.2 the use of abdominal acupuncture on the basis of basic drugs is more beneficial to improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.3 the two groups of treatment methods for sleep quality,sleep time,Sleep time,sleep disorder and so on are effective,but the curative effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with basic drugs is better than that of basic drugs.
