Objective:To study the clinical and pathological characteristics of primary biliary cholangitis with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis. Methods:A total of 236 patients with primary biliary cholangitis and non-alcoholic fatty liver confirmed by liver biopsy from January2012 to December 2018 were selected. The clinical manifestations, general data, laboratory examination indexes and liver histopathology of patients with primary biliary cholangitis, primary biliary cholangitis complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver and non-alcoholic fatty liver were compared. Results:A total of 236 patients were enrolled, including 63 patients with primary biliary cholangitis,21 patients with primary biliary cholangitis and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease group. There were152 cases,(1)the difference between the three groups in gender, age, history of hypertension, smoking history, drinking history and BMI(P<0.05),(2)three groups in the liver area, jaundice, skin There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of itching, dry mouth and dry liver function(P<0.05).(3)Red blood cell count, hemoglobin concentration, platelet distribution width, triglyceride, total cholesterol, high density lipid in the three groups. There were significant differences in the indexes of protein, aspartate aminotransferase, glutamyltranspeptidase and alkaline phosphatase(P<0.05).(4)There was no statistical difference in liver circulation immune index between PBC group and PBC combination and NAFLD group.Academic significance(P>0.05),(5)There was no significant difference in ANA typing between PBC group and PBC combined with NAFLD group(P>0.05).(6)PBC group and PBC combined with NAFLD group in pathological staging The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),(7)PBC combined with NAFLD There was no significant difference in pathological grade between NAFLDgroup. Conclusion:PBC patients with NAFLD have different characteristics from those with NAFLD alone and PBC alone. The degree of liver lesion in PBC patients with NAFLD is relatively serious.
