Objective:To investigate the expression of LNK in peripheral blood lymphocyte and related inflammatory cytokines IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-6 and Ang II in patients with hypertension in Kazakh nationality of Xinjiang. Methods:From September 2018 to December 2018,30 patients with hypertension of Kazakh nationality in Xinjiang were randomly selected as hypertension group,aged(58.80±11.56)years,and 30 patients with normal blood pressure of the same nationality were selected as control group,aged(44.43±14.11)years.The ratio of male to female in the two groups was about 1:1.Two groups of subjects were collected peripheral venous blood plasma and peripheral blood mononuclear cells, respectively, the two groups was evaluated by ELISA method plasma IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-6 levels, using fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR detection of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in the LNK and IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-6 and Ang II mRNA expression level relatively, using Western blot method to detect peripheral blood mononuclear cells LNK and relative expression of Ang II protein levels. Results: In the two groups, the blood pressure, age,BMI and uric acid levels in the hypertension group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the remaining baseline data(P > 0.05),which was comparable.Compared with the control group, the plasma protein levels of IFN-γ and IL-6 in the hypertension group were significantly higher(P < 0.05);IFN-γ,TNF-α and An in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of the hypertension group were significantly higher(P < 0.05).The relative expression of G II was higher than that of control group(P < 0.05),the relative expression of LNK was lower than that of control group(P < 0.05),the expression of Ang II was higher than that of control group(P < 0.05),and the expression of LNK was lower than that of control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Inflammatory reaction exists inXinjiang Kazakh patients with hypertension, which may be related to the decrease of LNK expression and the increase of related inflammatory cytokines.LNK may be related to the expression of inflammatory cytokines in patients with hypertension, and may participate in the progression of hypertension by mediating the negative regulation of related inflammatory cytokine IFN-γ and influencing the expression of AngII.Exhibition.LNK may become an important research index for the pathogenesis and early diagnosis of hypertension, and provide a new target for treatment.
