ObjectiveFetal congenital digestive system malformation is a disease caused by developmental defects caused by various causes of fetal early embryos.Clinically, digestive tract obstruction is the main manifestation, especially in intestinal obstruction. The diagnosis of fetal period is for postnatal The development of a treatment plan is crucial. This study collected a group of fetal lesions of intestinal lesions, compared the etiology, ultrasound findings, incidence of different sites and surgical diagnosis of different types of intestinal obstruction, and evaluated the value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal intestinal obstructive lesions. In order to help the treatment plan after birth, thereby improving the cure rate of the disease and improving its prognosis.Materials and MethodsRetrospective study of 20 cases of children with fetal intestinal obstruction diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January 2017 to December 2018,summarizing the results of the diagnosis of gestational weeks,Tang screening results, male and female incidence ratio, respectively evaluate the characteristics of the ultrasound image of the fetus, classify and summarize the images of the intestinal obstruction in each part, clarify the characteristics of the ultrasound image, the diagnosis and identification of the ultrasound, and compare the ultrasound with the results of the operation.ResultsPrenatal ultrasound found 20 cases of intestinal obstruction fetus,25-40 weeks of gestational age,6 cases of prenatal ultrasound prompted upper abdominal"double bubble sign"and excessive amniotic fluid,of which 4 cases were confirmed as duodenal obstruction.1 case was a ring-shaped pancreas,1 case was a:ring-shaped pancreas with poor intestinal rotation;1 case showed enlarged stomach, too much amniotic fluid, and duodenal obstruction caused by adhesion of duodenum and transverse colon was confirmed after operation;Cases showed enlargement of the stomach, excessive amniotic fluid, widening of the intestine, postoperative duodenal atresia, intestinal malrotation with small intestine atresia;2 cases with enlarged bowel,CDFI superior mesenteric vein and superior mesenteric artery The sign was changed. One case was confirmed to be poorly rotated in the intestine, and one case was intestinal atresia with volvulus. One case showed a widening of the intestine with a strong echo of the right lower quadrant. The postoperative diagnosis was meconium peritonitis with volvulus.1 case showed that the anal "target ring sign" was unclear, and the distal end of the dilated bowel was extended to the perineum. The postoperative diagnosis was anal atresia with rectal urethral fistula. One case showed obvious widening of the intestine below the stomach and echo of the right lower quadrant.Enhanced and unclear in the intestine, confirmed postoperative intestinal weight Recombinant, adhesive intestinal obstruction and meconium peritonitis, the other 7 cases showed intestinal dilatation with or without intestinal echo enhancement, postoperative diagnosis of small bowel obstruction. There were no abnormalities in chromosome screening or amniocentesis in 20 pregnant women.ConclusionUltrasound diagnosis is the first choice for fetal intestinal obstruction. The detection rate is high, the characteristic lesion image is typical, the blood flow condition is satisfactory, and it has a suggestive effect on the obstruction site, which can help the prognosis diagnosis and treatment plan of the child.
