Objective:To analyze the influence factors of pulmonary adenocarcinoma with a micropapillary pattern. Methods:A total of 30 pulmonary adenocarcinoma patients with a micropapillary treated by surgical operation from August 2014 to August 2017 in Shandong Cancer Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The median survival time and the survival rate of 1 and 3years were calculated.Log—rank test was used for single-factor analysis and Cox model was used for multiple-factor analysis. Results:The median survival time of 30 pulmonary adenocarcinoma patients with a micropapillary was 38.0 months. The survival rate of 1 and 3 years was 50.9%and 13.6%respectively.Single—factor analysis showed that the vascular tumor thrombosis(?~2=14.404,p<0.001),?staging(?~2=31.708,p<0.001),N staging(?~2=4.767,p=0.092),M staging(?~2=22.282,p<0.001)and number of lymph node tumors(?~2=5.143,p=0.076)were associated with prognosis of pulmonary adenocarcinoma patients with a micropapillary treated by surgical operation.Multiple—factor analysis showed that vascular tumor thrombosis(RR=25.970,95%CI 2.288~294.754,p=0.007)and M staging(RR=37.276,95%CI 1.327~1047.407,p=0.007)were the independent prognosis factors for pulmonary adenocarcinoma patients with a micropapillary treated by surgical operation. Conclusion:M staging and vascular tumor thrombosis could influence the prognosis of the pulmonary adenocarcinoma patients with a micropapillary treated by surgical operation.
