To Observe The Clinical Curative Effect Of Qingchang Shufeng Liangxue Capsules In The Treatment Of Intestinal Collaterals Injury Due To Wind Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Qingchang Shufeng Liangxue capsule in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with wind-wound enterocollateral syndromeMethods:60 patients who were included in the standard of mixed hemorrhoids with wind injury enterocollateral syndrome were divided into two groups.In the control group,30 cases of mixed hemorrhoids with wind wound enterocollateral syndrome were treated by oral Huaijiao pill together with Gangtai ointment.In the treatment group,30 cases of mixed hemorrhoids with wind wound intestinal collaterals syndrome were treated with Qingchang Shufeng Liangblood capsule orally combined with Gangtai ointment.Results:According to statistical analysis,30 patients in the treatment group showed no significant improvement in bleeding,mucous membrane and swelling in the 2nd day after treatment,and all P were>0.05 in the 2nd day after treatment.After 7 d,14 d after treatment by SPSS 17.0 analysis,the hemorrhage,mucous membrane,the belly,and the total curative effect,P<0.05,suggesting that the wind injury intestines collaterals card mixed hemorrhoid treatment,the effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.Conclusion:Qingchang Shufeng Liang blood capsule for wind wound intestinal collaterals syndrome mixed hemorrhoids,the efficacy is significant,especially for mixed hemorrhoids bleeding symptoms severe patients.
