The Clinical Application Of Antipyretic And Detoxifying Drugs In Interstitial Lung Disease Based On The Theory Of Lung Toxicity

Objective: Trough retrieving relevant literature,this paper collated clinical application of clinical application of TCM in the treatment of interstitial lung disease and observed the therapeutic effect of antipyretic and detoxifying TCM on bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats to sum up the previous clinical thinking,and on this basis to multiple mechanisms of anti-fibrosis of heat-clearinging and detoxifying TCM.Method: 1.Study on clinical application laws: This paper retrieved the literature on TCM treatment of the interstitial lung disease in CNKI,and then sorted out the frequency of dug and the classification of the TMC of the treatment of the TMC in pulmonary fibrosis.2.Animal experimental study: 168 rats were randomly divided into 7 groups;established the rat modelbleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis and gave the corresponding drug intervention,then observed the general condition of the rats;teated the lung issue and other criteria respectively,and used SPSS17.0 statistical software to deal with relevant experimental data.Results: 1.The drugs used in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis involve a total of 246 and frequency for 1613,among which the frequency of 37 kinds of drugs,including radix astragalus root and rhizome,and so on.2.The types of drugs used in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis involved 18 kinds of TCM,among which these drugs whose drug frequency constitutive proportion more than 10% are tonic drugs,blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs,Huatanzhike asthma and antipyretics 3.The highest frequency of use of the 3.antipyretic drugs is the antipyretic and detoxifying drugs,of which Houttuynia,honeysuckle and forsythia are more frequently used.4.Heat-clearinging and detoxifying TCM can reduce the degree of pulmonary fibrosis,in which forsythia can delay the process of pulmonary fibrosis by influencing the expression of SOD,MDA,BMP-4.Conclusion: Heat-clearinging and detoxifying TCM can delay the process of pulmonary fibrosis,and its mechanism may be related to many ways,such as reducing inflammatory reaction,anti oxidative injury and affecting the BMP pathway.
