Research Background: Although laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical has many advantages, but the operation its tumor safety, postoperative clinical curative effect,a longer learning curve still has many problems such as disputes, therefore, can be like a laparoscopic cholecystectomy laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical become the standard operation for rectal cancer treatment,it remains to be further proved. This study by comparing the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery for colorectal cancer, aimed to explore the feasibility of laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical, tumor security as well as the potential advantages and disadvantages. Objective: To explore the recent clinical effect of laparoscopy and traditional laparotomy on rectal canceMethods: From January 2013 to March 2016,95 patients with rectal cancer admitted to minimally invasive surgery in our hospital were divided into endoscopic group(46 cases)and traditional open group(49 cases). The operation time was compared between the two groups. The intraoperative blood loss, number of lymph node dissections, the length of the resection margins of the resection specimens, the postoperative GI ventilation time, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative short-term complications, and postoperative immune-related indicators. Results: There was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05)in the number of lymph nodes dissected and dissected at the lower margin of tumor between the two groups. The operative time of the endoscopic group was significantly longer than that of the open abdomen group, and the intraoperative hemorrhagic endoscopic group was better than that of the open abdomen group(P < 0.05).Postoperative gastrointestinal ventilation time, postoperative bed time and postoperative hospital-time endoscopy group all had significant advantages, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).The incision infection rate of the endoscopic group was significantly lower than that of the open abdomen group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The incidence of other complications was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The amount of c-reactive protein was significantly increased in the open group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic radical rectal cancer surgery lasted longer than the open abdomen group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than the open abdomen group.Laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer can adhere to the principle of notumor surgery consistent with open rectal cancer radical resection. The incidence of short-term complications after laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer was not significantly different from that of open rectal cancer.Laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer has little effect on immune function.
