| Objective : To study the effects of retroperitoneal laparoscopic pyeloplasty(LP)and open pyeloplasty(OP)on ureteropelvic junction obstruction(UPJO).Methods: 98 UPJO patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu medical college from January 2012 to December 2016 were classified LP(n=41)and OP(n=57),respectively.The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,incision length,drainage days,days of postoperative hospitalization,hospital costs,improvement of hydronephrosis etc.of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:Both groups were succcessfully completed and no case in retroperitoneal laparoscopic group was need to convert to open group.Comparison of open group and retroperitoneal laparoscopic group:the number of complications has no significant difference(P>0.05),The complications include wound infection and leakage of urine.The sex,age,affected side(left/right),grades of hydronephrosis,the number of combined with crossing blood vessels and improvement of hydronephrosis was no significantly difference between two groups(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss,incision length,drainage days,days of postoperative hospitalization was significantly difference between two groups(P<0.05),retroperitoneal laparoscopic group is obviously better than open group.The operative time,hospital costs was significantly difference between two groups(P<0.05),open group is obviously better than retroperitoneal laparoscopic group.Conclusion:By comparing LP and OP,the success rate of LP is similar to open surgery.Compared with OP,LP has the characteristics of less bleeding,faster recovery,fewer complications.LP is a feasible and effective surgical procedure and alsoits safety deserved recognition.Especially in furtherly improved clinician laparoscopic operation level,reducing costs of laparoscopic surgery and gradual strengthening of patients' consciousness of minimally invasive treatment,LP may become the new standard of treating UPJO. |
