Objective:By retrospective analysis of medical history data, coronary artery lesion, laboratory indicators and echocardiography indicators of VA(Ventricular Aneurysm)in patients with MI(Myocardial Infarction),to investigate the related risk factors for VA formation in patients after MI and provide information and evidence for preventing the incidence of VA.Methods:In this retrospective analysis,43 cases diagnosed with ventricular aneurysm in patients with myocardial infarction in department of cardiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jiaxing University from March 2010 to Decembe 2017 were included in the study group, and randomly 153 cases with myocardial infarction who were not associated with ventricular aneurysm at the same time were selected as control.By retrospective analysis of medical history data, coronary artery lesion, laboratory indicators and echocardiography indicators of VA in patients with MI,then establish a logistic regression model of all of the risk factors for VA in patients with MI.Finally, the ROC was used to analysis the predictive value of LVEF for VA in patients with MI.Results:(1)In univariate analysis, age(the patients with VA 70.51 ± 10.51,the patients without VA 58.98 ± 7.15,P=0.000),Gensini score(102.08 ± 38.00 VS 63.55 ± 30.49,P=0.000),LVEF[51(45,60)VS 60(55,64),P=0.000],LVEDD(53.60 ± 8.17 VS 49.68 ± 4.70,P=0.004),homocysteine [14.38(9.30,19.60)VS 10.86(8.79,13.13),P=0.002],white blood cell count [9.75 ± 3.89 VS 8.13 ± 3.30,P=0.007],neutrophil count [6.69(3.70,9.95)VS 4.98(3.69,7.48),P=0.048] were significant different between the two groups in the both ventricular aneurysm and no-aneurysm.(2)Through multivariate analysis,age(OR=1.278,P=0.000),LVEF(OR=0.808,P=0.002),Gensini score(OR=1.028,P=0.009)were all independent risk factors for the ventricular aneurysm in MI.(3)The area under the curve of LVEF was 0.724,with the cutoff value was 52.5%.The risk of VA in patients with MI was greater when the LVEF was less than 52.2%.Conclusion:(1)Age,LVEF and Gensini score were all independent risk factors of the VA in patients with MI.(4)The risk of VA in patients with MI was greater when the LVEF was less than 52.2%.
