Objective: To investigate the changes and correlations of serum mannan-binding lectin(MBL),interleukin-4(IL-4)and interleukin 17(IL-17)in children with asthmatic bronchitis,Provide new ideas for the study of the pathogenesis of asthmatic attacks in children with bronchitis, and lay the foundation for its clinical treatment. Methods: From January 2016 to December 2016,60 cases of hospitalized children with bronchitis and wheezing were selected from Dongfang Hospital of Lianyungang City.Exclusion of cardiogenic asthma, gastroesophageal reflux, bronchial foreign body, eosinophilic pneumonia,Congenital laryngeal wheeze and other diseases caused by wheezing, according to the number of previous respite groups, divided into past wheezing once(group 1),previous wheezing twice(group 2),another 30 healthy infants and young children set as The control group, and obtained the informed consent of all the guardians of the children admitted to the collection of peripheral venous blood samples of all infants, centrifuged serum samples were frozen at-20?freezer.Serum levels of MBL,IL-4 and IL-17 were detected by Double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Statistical analysis of the experimental data was performed using SPSS 22.0 statistical software. The data of measurement data were expressed as mean±standard deviation(x±s),P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.group 1,group 2 and control group in age, sex, weight, birth weight and other general information no significant difference(P > 0.05).2.The levels of MBL in each group were 5.62±0.78mg/L in group 1,2.84±0.53mg/L in group 2 and 6.93±0.55mg/L in control group. The above data Statistical analysis showed that serum MBL level in wheezing group was lower than that in control group(P <0.05),serum MBL levels in group 1 and group 2 were significantly different(P <0.05).The serum MBL level of the control group was the highest, followed by the group 1 and lowest in the group 2(P <0.05).3.The levels of serum IL-4 in each group were 8.47±0.79ng/L in group 1,9.92±1.23ng/L in group 2,and 6.05±0.56ng/L in control group. The results showed that the level of serum IL-4 in wheezing group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the level of IL-4 in serum in group 1 and group 2 was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Serum IL-4 level was the highest in group 2,followed by group 1 and lowest in control group(P <0.05).4.The levels of serum IL-17 in each group were 13.19±0.88ng/L in group 1,15.02±1.31ng/L in group 2,and 10.93±0.52ng/L in control group. The results of statistical analysis showed that serum IL-17 level in wheezing group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05),serum IL-17 level in group 1 and group 2(P <0.05).Serum IL-17 level in group 2 was the highest, followed by group 1 and lowest in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: MBL serum levels are the highest in the control group, the lowest in the group 2,and the middle one in the group 1,suggesting that MBL has a monitoring significance in asthmatic children,MBL with the number of asthma increased gradually decreased.Serum levels of IL-4 and IL-17 were the highest in the group 2,the lowest in the control group, and the other among the group 1.Tip With repeated episodes of wheezing increased, the airway is in a high state of reaction, the probability of the final formation of asthma may increase.
