Analysis Of The Clinical Effect Of Two Different Surgical Methods For ? Type Esarean Scar Pregnancy

Objective: Through the analysis and comparison of two different surgical methods of cesarean section,the optimal surgical method for ? type cesarean section scar pregnancy was discussed.Method: 60 cases of patients with ? type cesarean section scar pregnancy were admitted in our hospital during the last two years.Among 60 patients,30 cases were treated by transvaginal cesarean scar pregnancy debridement surgery(group A)and 30 patients received laparoscopic caesarean section of the scar site pregnancy excision and scar repair(group B).Result: All patients in the two groups completed surgery.No statistical difference was found among two groups in the decrease of ?-HCG in 3 days after operation(P >0.0.05),while there were statistical differences between two groups in the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization expenses(P <0.05).There were 25 cases of preoperative uterine artery embolization(UAE)in the two groups,compared with those in non-uae cases,the difference was statistically significant? Conclusion: Treatment of cesarean scars pregnancy,should according to its clas sification,patient's will and the specific situation of the hospital facilities,adopt o ptimal treatment plan.For the ?type CSP,transvaginal cesarean scar pregnancy d ebridement surgery is safe,effective and low cost advantage,worth clinical pro motion.
