Objective:To investigate the expression of TF,C-reactive protein(CRP)and inflammat-ory cytokines(IL-1 ??IL-6?IL-8)in the plasma of tumor patients with PICC,and to understand the role of TF?CRP and inflammatory cytokines in the prevention of venous thrombosis in PICC.Methods:50 patients with PICC catheter were enrolled by purposive sampling, who were the first placed the catheter. The 2ml blood of patients who weren't eat were collected in the moring before catheter placement and after cathete placement(48?72hours),and after the second chemotherapy and after the last chemotherapy.ELISA assay was used to detect the expression levels of TF,IL-1,IL-8,IL-6,and CRP in serum. In addition,50 healthy people were enrolled in the Medical examination center as the control group. Results:The patients in the experimental group in the period of before catheter placement and after cathete placement(48?72hours),and the second chemotherapy and the last chemotherapy. There was a significant difference in the concentration of TF at different time points(P<0.05);there were statistically significant differences in concentration CRP each time point(P<0.05),and showed an increasing trend; There were statistically significant differences in concentration of IL-1? at each time point(P<0.05),and show an increasing trend;there were statistically significant differences in concentrations of IL-6 at different time points(P<0.05),and showed an increasing trend;there was no significant difference of IL-8 concentration at different time points(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the concentrations of TF,CRP,IL-6 and IL-8 between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),The concentration of IL-1?was significantly higher in the experimental group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the first chemotherapy, the concentration of TF,IL-6 and IL-1?in the experimental group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the last chemotherapy was higher than the first chemotherapy,IL-8 concentration was not statistically different(P>0.05).Conclusions:In patients with chemotherapy,PICC catheter-related thrombosis early, plasma TF concentration increased significantly, can be used as a predictor of micro-thro-rombosis prediction. The levels of IL-1?,IL-6 and CRP in plasma were significantly increased, which could be used as an assistant index for prevention of micro-thrombosis.Plasma IL-8 concentration in the early inflammatory response has increased, and then decreased, the prediction of micro-thrombosis is not sensitive.Clinical study of TF predictive index combined with IL-1?,IL-6 and CRP can be used to prevent the occurrence of catheter-related thrombosis.
