Objective:To screen and verify the independent risk factors of colorectal cancer, and establish an optimized "risk regression model of logistic for colorectal cancer",we analyze the physical examination data and living habits from 1:1 case-control populations in a single center. These results will improve the screening ability of general practitioners for high-risk group of colorectal cancer. At the same time, these data have shown that educating residents about healthy lifestyles will help strengthen primary prevention of colorectal cancer. Methods:General information, blood routine, liver function biochemistry, blood lipids, and tumor markers were recorded from colorectal cancer group(N=105)and healthy control group(N=109)by a case-control study. After comparing these data from the two groups, the univariate regression analysis was used to screen the potential factors of colorectal cancer, and multivariate regression analysis was used to screen the independent risk factors to establish and optimize the "risk regression model of logistic for colorectal cancer".Result:1.Data of mean comparison from the two groups, including height, weight, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, red blood cell count, hemoglobin, mean hematocrit, mean hemoglobin content, platelet count, absolute lymphocyte count, absolute value of basophils,Aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, glutamyl transpeptidase, alkaline phosphatase, superoxide dismutase, albumin, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin, high density lipoprotein, low density Lipoprotein, carcinoembryonic antigen,alpha-fetoprotein and carbohydrate antigen-199,were all significantly different(p<0.05);2.These above data were further analyzed by single factor logistic screening. We found that there was no significant difference in alpha-fetoprotein and CA199(p>0.05),and other indicators were all potential factors(p<0.05).3.Multivariate logistic analysis confirmed that diastolic blood pressure, glutamyl transpeptidase, alkaline phosphatase,albumin,high-density lipoprotein and carcinoembryonic antigen were all independent factors(p<0.05);4.Based on professional theory,we further screened these above independent factors. We have established and optimized "risk regression model of logistic for colorectal cancer" and verified alkaline phosphatase(? = 0.042,p = 0.001),carcinoembryonic antigen(?= 0.303,p = 0.009),heavy drinking(? = 4.222,p =0.011)as risk factors And albumin(? =-0.251,p = 0.0001),high-density lipoprotein(?=-3.796,p = 0.0001),glutamyl transpeptidase(? =-0.073,p = 0.006)can be as protective factors.Conclusion:1.Alkaline phosphatase and carcinoembryonic antigen are risk factors for colorectal cancer. On the contrary,albumin,high-density lipoprotein and glutamyl transpeptidase are protective factors for colorectal cancer. If these above indicators are recognized in time, this will help community residents to improve the screening rate of colorectal cancer at high risk to be conducive to early diagnosis of colorectal cancer.2.Drinking hobbies is an independent risk factor for colorectal cancer, and the risk rate of colorectal cancer is higher in the large drinking population.Abstaining alcohol is an important part of the healthy lifestyle for community residents.
