ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical manifestations,electrophysiological characteristics,treatment and prognosis of patients with Guillian-Barre syndrome.MethodsA retrospective analysis of 80 cases of GBS diagnosed and treated in the Department of Neurology,Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January 2016 to December 2017,and statistical analysis of its clinical data.ResultsThis group of patients accounted for 56.25%males and 43.75%females;the age of onset was mainly 40-60 years old,followed by 20-40 years old;the onset time was mostly concentrated in winter and spring.There were 61.25%of patients with upper respiratory tract infection before the onset;the first symptoms of the patients were mainly limb weakness,with an average of 10.35±7.46 days.The main signs of the patients included muscle weakness,disappearance of tendon reflex,weakened sacral reflex,etc.The signs were 96.25%,53.75%,and 43.75%,respectively.In addition,the patient may have be suffered from sensory loss,cranial nerve damage,autonomic nerve damage,and respiratory infection,accounting for 76.25%,58.75%,58.75%,and 33.75%,respectively;Cerebrospinal fluid examination of all patients showed that 66.25%of patients had albuminocytologic dissociati on protein;electromyography was performed on all patients,and the results showed that all of patients had abnormalities,axonal damage accounted for 26.25%,myelin damage accounted for 36.25%,axonal + myelin type damage accounted for 37.5%.Treatment of divided hormone therapy group,c-ball Treatment group,C-ball + hormone treatment Group.Hormone therapy Group:The effective rate of myelin sheath is 62.5%,axonal efficiency 40%,axonal cord + myelin sheath effective rate of 42.86%,the effective rate of myelin sheath in the group of C-ball therapy 72.73%,axonal efficiency 71.43%,axonal + myelin sheath Effective rate 76.92%,C-ball + hormone treatment group:myelin sheath effective rate 80%,axonal efficiency 77.78%,axonal+ myelin sheath effective rate of 70%.ConclusionsMales are more prone,the onset season is more common in winter and spring season,there is a history of precursor infection,mainly manifested as limb weakness,reduced tendon reflex,sensory disorders are lighter.In most patients,cerebrospinal fluid protein cells were separated,and electromyography showed that both myelin sheath and axonal were most affected,followed by myelin sheath damage and axonal damage.Most patients showed F wave and H reflex abnormalities.The effective ratio of C ball + hormone therapy Group and C ball treatment group was higher than that in hormone therapy group.Comparing the effectiveness of hormone therapy group with the first two groups due to the small study of sample volume,there is insufficient evidence to be effective,and more sample volume needs to be included in the study.
