Objective: To use the estimation of physiologic ability and surgical stress(E-PASS)scoring system for synovial sarcoma surgery risk assessment, determine the value of its clinical application. Methods: Retrospectively collected on June 21,2008 to September 18,2016 in Shandong province tumor hospital for surgical treatment of synovial sarcoma of the clinical data of 22 patients, evaluate and compare the E-PASS rate and the actual relationship of postoperative recovery. Results: In 22 synovial sarcoma E-PASS scoring system was used to score.Found that patients with complications score higher than no complications in patients(p ?0.05),and physical state index,ASA sizing, blood loss weight/body weight, operation time, surgical incision,PRS evaluation,SSS,CRS score difference had statistical significance(p ?0.05).Conclusion: The physical ability and operation hit rating system to a certain extent can assess the risk of synovial sarcoma surgery. |
