| Objective:The face and neck are the most important parts of the human body,and it is easy to form a large area scar if it burned by boiling water and hot oil.So,the requirements for surgical repair are not only to restore the function,but also to make appearance of the patient close to normal,so that they can return to normal social life.The purpose of the study is to summarize the cases of cervical scar with extra-long expanded trapezius fasciocutaneous flap to provide reference for clinical practice.Method:A systematic review of us on March 1,2008 to March 1,2018 in Plastic Surgery Hospital,CAMS,PUMC,the extra-long expanded trapezius fasciocutaneous flap to repair neck scar contracture cases,Among them,9 were female and 7 were male,with 16 cases.There were 6 cases of compound scar in face and neck and 10 cases in neck scar.The age is 6-45 years old,with an average of 23.4 years.To determine the clinical effect,complications and long-term recovery of the expanded extra-long trapezius fasciocutaneous flap to repair the scar contracture of the face and neck.Result:Of the 16 patients,14 survived successfully,1 cases had 3*3cm epidermis vesicles at the distal part of the flap,and 1 cases had 3*8cm congestion at the distal part of the flap,which was saved after blood letting by heparin and acupuncture.The other skin flaps were healed smoothly.After 6-72 months of follow-up,the skin flaps were not bloated and the color matching was high.The patient was satisfied with the effect after the operation.Conclusion:After the expanded extra-long trapezius fasciocutaneous flap to repair the scar contracture of the face and neck,the neck activity was restored,approaching the normal appearance.It is suitable for patients with large area of facial neck scar contracture resulting in dysfunction.The incidence of postoperative complications is low and the long-term effect is satisfactory. |
