| The past decade is the peak time of hospital reconstruction and expansion in China.However,with the rapid development of hospital construction,engineering management problems emerge in endlessly.It can not meet the requirements of the overall objectives of the project to judge the success of the hospital construction project only from the quality,progress and cost objectives.The coordination management of stakeholders has also become another key factor in the success of public hospitals.Only when coordinated management is done well can the sustainable development of projects and organizations be realized.From the perspective of owners of public hospital construction projects,this paper focuses on the analysis of stakeholders’ interests and demands,and explores the coordination management system of public hospital construction projects based on stakeholder theory,so as to better achieve the construction objectives of public hospital construction projects in the management process.This paper first describes the research background,purpose,significance,research status(at home and abroad),research content and framework.Subsequently,it summarizes the relevant theory of stakeholder coordination management,which provides the core idea and philosophical basis for the introduction of public hospital construction project coordination management.Secondly,this paper analyzes stakeholders in public hospital construction projects.Based on Ding Ronggui’s "three-dimensional model" idea,the construction process is divided into five stages.On the basis of defining the construction stage,the stakeholders of public hospital construction projects are identified.Subsequently,the stakeholders were scored in the form of questionnaires through three indicators.According to the size of the scores,the stakeholders were divided into three categories: core,dormant and marginal stakeholders.Finally,the interests and conflicts between the core and dormant stakeholders are analyzed.Based on the identification,classification and analysis of stakeholders,the characteristics,problems and methods of stakeholder coordination management in public hospital construction projects are discussed.At the same time,according to the premise of whether there is a contractual relationship,this paper establishes the coordination management system of public hospital construction project without contractual relationship and the coordination management system of public hospital construction project with contractual relationship from the four aspects of coordinating subject,coordinating scope,coordinating content and coordinating model.Finally,the paper put the above theoretical research into practical application.Taking M hospital project as the background,on the basis of identifying stakeholders,the paper classified and coordinated the analysis,established the hospital project coordination management system,and analyzed and discussed the obstacles encountered in the process of establishment. |
