ObjectiveThe relationship between the age of postmenopausal women, the age of menopause, height, weight, body mass index and the bone density of the hip and waist was observed by clinical study. The risk and protective factors of postmenopausal osteoporosis may be discussed through clinical study. To observe the relationship between muscle tissue, adipose tissue and bone mineral density in the ovariectomized rats, and the effect of the Chinese herbal compound for the kidney and strengthening the spleen on them and uterine morphology. To investigate the correlation between body composition and bone mineral density, and the effect of the Chinese herbal compound for the kidney and strengthening the spleen on the body composition?bone density?uterine morphology after osteoporosis.MethodsClinical study:through the analysis of the network database questionnaire,a retrospective study was conducted on the osteoporosis assessment questionnaire(2017)submitted by various hospitals in the patients with osteoporosis advantage from July 2015-December 2017.The network address:http://www.odp-china.com/limesurvey/index.php/survey/index/sid/294932/newtest/Y/lang/zh-Hans.Among them,359 postmenopausal women who were eligible for inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were selected as the subjects, and the correlation analysis was conducted on their age,age of menopause, height, weight and bone density.Experimental study:72 female SD rats of 6 months old,SPF grade, were first adapted for one week.Grouped by random number table,24 were randomly divided into sham operation group and 48 were randomly divided into operation group.A model of postmenopausal osteoporosis was established. After 3 months of modeling,12 rats in each group were randomly selected for bone density examination. After successful modeling, they were sacrificed.Subsequently, the remaining 36 of the surgical group were randomly divided into three groups:model group(12),the Chinese herbal compound for the kidney and strengthening the spleen(12),and alendronate sodium D3(?)group(12).After 12 weeks of gavage, the bone mineral density and body composition of the whole body of the rats were measured, and the sensitive parts were marked for data analysis. The uterus of the rats was pathologically sectioned and analyzed by histomorphology.ResultsThe Clinical research1.The age of the study group was negatively correlated with the bone density of the whole hip(r=-0.134,P<0.05),and was significantly negatively correlated with the bone mineral density of the lumbar vertebrae(L1-4)(r=-0.203,P<0.01).The menopausal age of the subjects was negatively correlated with the bone density of the total hip(r=-0.191,P<0.01),and was significantly negatively correlated with the bone mineral density of the lumbar vertebrae(L1-4)(r=-0.289,P<0.01);There was a significant positive correlation between BMI and total hip bone mineral density(r=0.153,p<0.01),and a positive correlation with lumbar spine(L1-4)bone mineral density(r=0.104,p<0.05).2.After the study of menopause years in groups of five years,it was concluded that total hip BMD,total hip T value,L1-4BMD and L1-4T all showed a decreasing trend with the increase of menopausal age,and total hip BMD,L1-4BMD and There was a statistically significant difference between the L1-4T values(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the total hip T value group(P>0.05).The incidence of osteoporosis increased with the increase of menopausal years. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.After grouping the ages into groups, the results showed that there were statistical differences between the BMD,L1-4BMD and L1-4T values of the whole hip(P<0.05),and the bone components showed increasing with age.A downward trend;with the increase of menopausal years, the incidence of osteoporosis increased, the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.BMI<18.5 was used as the low body mass index group,BMI=18.5?23.9 was the normal body mass index group, and BMI>24.0 was the high body mass index group. The whole hip BMD,total hip T value,L1-4BMD,L1-4T mean value were obtained. The increase with BMI increased, and there were differences among the groups(P<0.05).The incidence of hip osteoporosis decreased with the increase of BMI,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).In the lumbar spine, except for the obese group, the incidence of osteoporosis in the other three groups decreased with the increase of BMI,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Experiments on animals1.The bone mineral density of the sham operation group was higher than that of the operation group, and the difference was significant(p<0.01).2.Compared with the model group, the bone and limb density of the whole body and lumbar vertebrae were improved, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The body fat of the Bushen Huoxue group(r=0.664,P<0.05),the systemic fat ratio(r=0.568,P<0.05)was positively correlated with the bone mineral density, lumbar fat(r=0.704,P<0.05),fat accounted for The ratio(r=0.796,P<0.01)was positively correlated with lumbar spine bone mineral density;the proportion of systemic lean body was negatively correlated with bone mineral density(r=-0·578,P<0.05);lumbar spine lean(r=-0.621,P<0.05),lean body ratio(r=-0.806,P<0.01)and negative correlation with lumbar spine bone mineral density.4.Rats as a whole:body fat weight was negatively correlated with bone mineral density(r=-0.289,P<0.05),and lumbar fat was significantly negatively correlated with lumbar vertebrae bone density(r=-0.413,P<0.01);The proportion was negatively correlated with bone mineral density(r=-0.339,P<0.05).The ratio of lumbar fat was negatively correlated with lumbar spine bone mineral density(r=-0.341,P<0.05).The proportion of lean body mass was positively correlated with bone mineral density(r=0.038,P<0.05).5.Compared with the model group, the Bushen Jianpi Huoxue group had improved in uterine diameter, uterine gland and endometrial area, but it was not statistically significant.ConclusionClinical research conclusion1.Advanced age and high menopause are the risk factors for postmenopausal osteoporosis. The negative influence of menopause on bone density is greater than that of age.2.High BMI is a protective factor for postmenopausal osteoporosis, and the protection of the hip is greater than that of the lumbar spine.3.The incidence of osteoporosis increases with menopause, the age of menopause increases, and the BMI increases.Animals experiments conclusion1.Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Recipe can improve bone mineral density in postmenopausal osteoporosis rats and relieve postmenopausal uterus atrophy.2.The results of different parts of the Bushen Jianpi Huoxue group were the same. The fat and fat ratio had a positive effect on bone density, while the lean body and lean body ratio had a negative effect on bone density.3.In the whole study of rats, fat weight and proportion were negatively correlated with osteoporosis, and the proportion of systemic lean body was positively correlated with whole body bone density.
