Objective To explore the risk factors of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)complicated with acute lung injury(ALI)of elderly patients in the acute phase. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in 95 patients,we divided the patients into two groups:acute lung injury(ALI)group and non-acute lung injury(N-ALI)group.We sorted all clinic data of the patients,To study the correlation of acute lung injury with these variables, and using the single factor chi-square test analysis and unconditional multivariate Logistic regression analysis to explore the independent risk factors of acute lung injury in SAP.Results 39 cases was developed to acute lung injury in 95 elderly SAP patients, and 16 cases was occurred as ARDS.There was a significant correlation between two groups in several variables.CRP concentration, calcium ion concentration and GLU concentration went into unconditional multivariate Logistic regression analysis equation. Conclusion the study shows the ALI/ARDS incidence is 41.05%.CRP concentration, calcium ion concentration and GLU concentration are independent risk factors of acute lung injury in elderly patients.
