Early monitoring and diagnosis of sleep disorders can effectively prevent the occurrence of sleep disorders.The current clinical sleep monitoring uses Polysomnography(PSG),but the instrument has the disadvantages of being not portable enough and uncomfortable for long-term wear.With the rapid growth in demand for health care systems in the home and in individuals,portable sleep monitoring instruments are the future of sleep monitors.Traditional sleep monitoring uses multiple medical body surface electrodes to collect and monitor multiple physiological parameters such as EEG,ocular electricity,and myoelectricity.Correspondingly,this paper proposes a scheme for sleep monitoring using only ocular electricity.The program is simple and portable,and comfortable to wear.The research content of this paper is as follows:1.Eye mask design:4 fabric electrodes were designed,and 2 lead electrophysiological signals were collected for sleep monitoring and analysis.The fabric electrode eye mask was comfortable to wear,portable and easy to operate.2,hardware system design:based on the "no distortion+magnification control+high resolution+wireless transmission" hardware platform design requirements,using ADS1292 analog front end,STM32L0 main controller,nRF24L01+wireless chip as the main module to form a hardware system.The system features low power consumption,high resolution(24-bit),adjustable sample rate,wireless data transfer,and low(no)dropped frames.3.Software system design:The embedded software and PC software corresponding to the hardware are designed.The embedded software control system collects and transmits signals,and has the characteristics of low power consumption,real-time performance,coding frame,multi-function,etc.The upper computer software is mainly used to complete basic tasks such as decoding data frames,saving data,and displaying waveforms in real time.4.Data acquisition and signal preprocessing:The sleep eye mask system designed and developed is used to collect the sleep eye electrical signals of many people all night,and the signal preprocessing(filtering)is performed on the ocular electrical signals to facilitate the analysis and processing of sleep stages in the later stage.In this study,a fabric electrode was used instead of a body surface electrode,and a sleep eye mask was designed and developed,and the feasibility of relying on sleep ocular electrical signals for sleep staging was explored.The sleep goggles enhance the user's comfort of use and have important application value in sleep monitoring in homes and special fields.
