Objective:To explore the influence of the preoperative respiratory exercise on thoracoscopic single lobectomy patients postoperative blood gas analysis index, the incidence of pulmonary complications, first time out of bed after surgery, the extubated time of closed thoracic drainage tube and the postoperative hospitalization days,to evaluate the influence of preoperative respiratory exercise on the short-term postoperative effect in patients with lung cancer. Methods:In this study 120 esophageal cancer cases aged 50 to 65 were collected at the department of thoracic surgery department of China-Japanese Union Hospital Of Jilin University.60 patients in the control group were given conventional preoperative period care of lung cancer,60 patients in the experimental group were given the combined nursing methods of preoperative period care of lung care and preoperative 7 days respiratory exercise. We take the FEV1%and MVV%indicators after the intervention of the experimental group, the blood gas analysis index on the 1st and the 3rd day after the operation?PaO2,PaCO2?,the incidence of pulmonary complications, first time out of bed after surgery, the extubated time of closed thoracic drainage tube and the postoperative hospitalization days as evaluation index to evaluate comprehensively the effect of preoperative respiratory exercise on the short-term postoperative effects in patients with lung cancer. Results:There was significant difference in FEV1%,MVV%after intervention between the experimental group and the admission group?P<0.05?.The blood gas analysis indexes PaO2 on the 1st and 3rd day after operation in the two groups were statistically significant?P<0.05?,there was no statistically significant difference in the PaCO2 between the two groups?P>0.05?.The incidence of postoperative complications between the experimental group and the control group have statistically significant difference?P<0.05?.The first time out of bed was 2.72±0.78 days in the experimental group and 3.71±0.68 days in the control group?P<0.05?.The extubated time was 2.00±0.82 days in the experimental group and 3.06±0.67 days in the control group?P<0.05?.The hospitalization days were4.32±0.62 days in the experimental group and 6.31±0.75 days in the control group?P<0.05?.Conclusion:Preoperative respiratory function training methods could improve the lung function and PaO2 of the patient, decrease incidence of postoperative complications in patients with pulmonary lobectomy, shorten the time of extubated of thoracic catheterization, the first time out of bed and the days of hospitalization after operation. Therefore,Preoperative respiratory exercise can promote lung function recovery in patients with lung cancer after operation, and improve the effect of surgical treatment.
