Objective : In this experiment,To examine the levels of Toll-like receptors(TLR-9)in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)before and after treatment with diammonium glycyrrhizinate, and to explore the the effect of diammonium glycyrrhizinate on the expression of Toll-like receptor 9(TLR9)in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods:SLE patients who were hospitalized and outpatient from September2017 to December 2018 were randomly selected and randomly divided into 26 patients with diammonium glycyrrhizinate combined with hormone therapy(group A),26 patients with hormone control group(group B),and 21 patients with normal group(group C),and the expression of TLR9 receptor in peripheral blood of patients with SLE before and after treatment was measured by flow cytometry(FCM)to evaluate systemic erythema treatment with glycyrrhizic acid diamine. The effect of TLR9 expression in lupus patients. Results:The levels of TLR9 receptors in group A and group B were significantly higher than those in group C(12.93±1.75vs4.82±1.26,P<0.05;12.66±1.43vs4.82±1.26,P<0.05).There was significant difference(P< 0.05);There was no significant difference in the level of TLR9 receptor between A and B(12.93±1.75 vs 12.66±1.43,P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of TLR9 in group A and B were significantly decreased. There was significant difference between the two groups. The difference was(5.15±1.28 vs 7.78±1.28,P<0.05).There was no significant difference between group A and group C after treatment(5.15±1.28 vs 4.82±1.26,P>0.05).Group B was compared with group C.There was a significant difference(7.78±1.28 vs 4.82±1.26,P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions:Glycyrrhizin diamine has a significant down-regulation of TLR9 receptor expression on peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with active SLE;TLR9 receptor may be an important link in the pathogenesis of SLE immunology, providing new ideas for the pathogenesis of SLE immunology.TLR9 may be used as a potential therapeutic target for immune intervention, and some clinical drugs are appliedto SLE patients.Provide a theoretical basis;diammonium glycyrrhizinate combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of SLE active patients have received good results, pending further study of the pharmacological mechanism of diammonium glycyrrhizinate and its specific impact on TLR9,making it a promising new treatment for old drugs is widely used in the clinical treatment of SLE.
