To Investigate The Expression And Significance Of IL-36? In Patients With Acute Leukemia

Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of Interleukin-36 gamma(IL-36?)in patients with acute leukemia(AL),acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)and acute myeloid leukemia(AML).Methods: from August 2017 to June 2018,the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,military region was selected.A total of 39 patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and 77 patients with acute non-lymphoblastic leukemia were first diagnosed in the Department of Hematology,Beijing Road,General Hospital.Sixty-five healthy adults who were exam-ined in Beijing Road Clinical Department of military region General Hospital in the same period and 54 patients diagnosed as benign hematological diseases in the f-irst affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University and Beijing Road Clinical Department of military region General Hospital were selected as control group.The levels of IL-36? in each subgroup of acute leukemia and acute leukemia were compared with those of control group,and the levels of IL-36? in acute leukemia su-bgroup,between infected and non-infected groups of acute leukemia subgroup,and the level of IL-36? in acute leukemia subgroup were compared.To analyze the correlation between IL-36? and ALL group and AML group,and to analyze the effect of IL-36? expression on the curative effect of ALL group.Results: there was a significant difference in the level of IL-36? between AL group and control group(P<0.001);ALL),and there was statistical difference in IL-36? level between AML group and control group(P<0.001).Moreover,the level of IL-36? in both groups was higher than that in control group.There was no significant difference in the level of IL-36? between the ALL,AML infected group and the non infected group(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in the level of IL-36? between the two groups(P>0.05).In ALL group,the expression of IL-36? was not correlated wi-th sex,leukocyte count and bone marrow primordial cell ratio,But it was negatively correlated with the patient's age,risk stratification and t(9;22)expression,and positively correlated with the first induction of complete remission(CR-1).In AML g-roup,the expression of IL-36? was not correlated with sex,age,leukocyte count,bone marrow primordial cell ratio,risk stratification and CR1,t(8;21),(P>0.05).Hig-h expression of IL-36? may be an independent protective factor affecting the prog nosis of ALL.Conclusion: the expression of IL-36? in ALL,AML is significantly hi gher than that in the control group,and IL-36? is a favorable factor affecting the pr ognosis of ALL,which may play an important role in the occurrence and develop ment of ALL,but the specific mechanism remains to be further elucidated.
