Objective: To explore the effect of interactive health education in patients undergoing Total Hip Arthroplasty(THA)under Enhanced Recovery After Surgery(ERAS)modebased on King's interactive and Goal Attainment Theory and Multi-Disciplinary Team(MDT)cooperation, and to provide basis for standardized health education for THA patients with ERAS mode. Methods : 60 eligible THA patients undergoingERAS technology in joint surgery ofthe First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2018 to June 2018 were selected, and were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given orthopedic routine health education, while the intervention group was given interactive health education with the help of MDT and the participation of nurses, patients, family members on the basis of King's Interactive and GoalAttainmentTheory.Patients' exercise of self-care agency(ESCA),HarrisHip Score(HHS),Self-rating Anxiety Score(SAS),incidence of complication rate and patients' satisfaction were the evaluation tools and the scores of each index were compared between two groups before and at the end of one month, three months and six months respectively.Epi-data 3.1 software was used for data input, and SPSS20.0 software was used for statistical analysis and treatment of t test,chi-square test with technical data, the measurement data were analyzed by repeated measurement variance with t test and repeated measurement data, and P>0.05 showed statistical significance.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in age, sex, marital status and educational level between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)There was no significant difference in ESCA score,HHS score and SAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)After 6 months of intervention, all the indicators were better than the baseline survey scores before intervention:ESCA scores,HHS scores and patients' satisfaction with health education were significantly higher than those in thecontrol group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P< 0.05);SAS scores and complications in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P< 0.01).Conclusion: Interactive health education with the help ofMDT cooperationbased on King's interactive and Goal Attainment Theory can not only effectively promote the rapid recovery process of THA patients under ERAS mode, improve self-care ability, reduce complications, enhance mental status and their satisfaction, but also standardize the implementation processof health education for orthopaedic doctors and nurses, which provides reference for standardization,whole-process and continuity of health education for patients under ERAS mode of surgery.
