Analysis Of The Influencing Factors Of The Curative Effect Of Barietric Surgery For Obesity With OSAS

Objective:to observe the improvement and effect of OSAS in obese patients with OSAS after weight reduction surgery in our department,the effect of weight reduction surgery on OSAS and the factors affecting the rognosis.Method:adopt back From Janua-ry 2017 to June 2018,analyzing clinical data of 65 obese patients with severe OSAS admit-ted to minimally invasive surgery department of Xinjiang People's Hospital.The sleep apnea hypopnea index(AHI<15 times/h)was used as an indicator to evaluate the progno-sis of the patients after 12 months of treatment,and the patients were divided into two groups:those with good prognosis(AHI<15 times/h)and those with poor prognosis(AHI>15).The gender,age,sleep apnea hypopnea index(AHI),BMI,neck circumference,chest eircumference,abdominal circumference and other9 factors of the patients in the two groups were analyzed by univariate analysis,and then the factors with statistical signifi-cance were introduced into the logistic regresion model for multivariate analysis to analyze the factors affecting the prognosis of OSAS after barietric surgery.Results:single factor analysis table BMI,neck circumference and chest circumference at admission were correlated with the prognosis of OSAS after barietric surgery(P<0.05).The results of logistic multivariate analysis show that preoperative AHI is significantly correlated with the prognosis of OSAS after barietric surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:High preoperative AHI was an independent factor affecting the prognosis of OSAS after barietric surgery.Decreased neck circumference,chest circumference and BMI were correlated with postoperative OSAS improvement.Advantages of LSG surgery with fewer complications.In the short term,it can achieve the purpose of treating obesity with OSAS,and is easy to carry out and popularize.
