Objective: To explore the effect of Tai Chi exercise on the improvement of blood pressure heart rate physical changes and igf-1 in maintenance of hemodialysis(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)patients. Methods:This was a non-randomized and concurrent control trial. In the first affiliated hospital of Xin Jiang Medical University in 2017 blood purification center that maintenance hemodialysis patients twenty patients were enrolled as the experimental group according to the patients' wishes. In the same period 29 patients matched in the control group.Control group given conventional hemodialysis treatment on the basis of the experimental group treated with Tai Chi exercise prescription. The course of treatment was 16 weeks.Compared with the changes of blood pressure heart rate and physical changes after Tai Chi exercise. Results:There was no significant differences between two groups in general information(P >0.05).There was no significant difference in blood pressure and physical measurement in 0 weeks between the experimental group and control group(P>0.05)and the heart rate in experimental group was greater than that in control group(P < 0.05).Comparison of 16 weeks between experimental group and control group: There was no difference in heart rate between the two groups, the triceps sebum thickness and calf circumference in the experimental group were greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Comparison within the experimental group: 16 weeks systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, heart rate less than 0 weeks(P< 0.05),16 weeks Calf circumference, waist circumference, triceps sebum thickness less than 0 weeks(P< 0.05),16 weeks weight above 0 week weight(P< 0.05),comparative differences are statistically significant. There was no significant difference in hip circumference, upper arm circumference, upper arm muscle circumference and grip strength between 0 and 16 weeks(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tai Chi exercise is helpful to the control of hypertension in hemodialysis patients, and can be used as an auxiliary treatment scheme for the drug antihypertensive therapy.Meanwhile,Tai Chi exercise can reduce the heart rate and improve the muscle circumference of lower limbs in hemodialysis patients and prevent the muscle atrophy of lower limbs.
