Objective:SUI is a common refractory gynecological disease. In recent years, the incidence of SUI in China is increasing year by year, which seriously affects women's physical and mental health. The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of pelvic floor exercise, pelvic floor therapeutic instrument combined with traditional Chinese medicine oral, and external treatment on SUI,so as to provide a more effective treatment for SUI.Method:Sixty SUI patients who met the diagnostic criteria and case inclusion criteria of Chinese and Western medicine were randomly divided into control group and observation group(30 samples for each group)The observation group was treated with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine: pelvic floor therapeutic instrument,Kegel exercise combined with moxibustion external treatment and oral administration of professor Zhang Liangying ' s experienc prescription of Jianpi Yiqi Shengyang recipe; The control group was treated with western medicine alone: pelvic floor therapeutic apparatus combined with Kegel exercise. After 2months of treatment, the scores of SUI syndromes, urine leakage and frequency of SUI were observed and compared before and after treatment between the two groups.the control group was treated with western medicine alone: pelvic floor therapeutic apparatus combined with Kegel exercise. After 2 months of treatment,Results:1.Comparison between the two groups after treatment: After treatment, the scores of syndromes,SUI symptoms, urine leakage and the frequency of SUI occurrence were compared between the control group and the observation group. The P value of the two groups was P<0.05,with statistical significance. After treatment, the observation group was better than the control group in improving syndromes,SUI symptoms, reducing urine leakage and reducing the frequency of SUI occurrence.2.Comparisons of overall curative effect between the two groups: 8 cases,12 cases,6 cases and 4 cases were cured, effective and ineffective in the observation group, the total effective rate was 86.7%;4 cases,8 cases,10 cases and 8 cases were cured, effective and ineffective in the control group, and the total effective rate was 73.0%.After analysis and comparison, the overall curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).3.Comparisons between the two groups: before and after treatment, the TCM symptoms,SUI symptom scores, urine leakage and SUI frequency in the control group and the observation group were compared within the group(P < 0.05).There was statistical significance. After treatment, the two groups had significantly better effects on improving TCM syndrome score,SUI symptom score, reducing urine leakage and reducing the frequency of SUI occurrence than before treatment.4.Comparisons of curative effect of two groups in different degree of illness: Both groups were effective in treating mild and moderate SUI(P<0.05).The curative effect of mild and moderate SUI in two groups was the best for mild degree of illness. There was significant difference between groups in treating mild degree of illness(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in moderate degree of efficacy(P>0.05).It shows that the two groups have the same curative effect in treating moderate SUIl and mild SUI.The observation group is better than the control group. Conclusion: Both internal and external combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine are effective in treating female stress urinary incontinence, but the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine is more effective in improving the symptoms of SUI,alleviating thesymptoms of SUI,improving urine leakage and reducing the frequency of urinary incontinence. The combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine is better than that of simple western medicine for mild patients.
