Preliminary Study On The Biological Basis Of Function Of Gan Controlling Dispersion

Objective: To explore the biological basis of the function of Gan controlling dispersion,and to provide a theoretical basis for the detection and treatment of symptoms and diseases caused by abnormal function of Gan controlling dispersion.Method:(study design)1.Type of study: exploratory research.2.Research date:(1)Subjects:(1)Symptoms caused by abnormal function of Gan controlling dispersion(2).The abnormal function of Gan controlling dispersion' Chinese medicine cause and pathogenesis.(3)The pathophysiological interpretation of Western medicine caused by the abnomal function of Gan controlling dispersion.(2)Sources of information:(1)The symptoms caused by the abnormal function of Gan controlling dispersion are derived from the national normative textbooks "Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine " and "Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis",as well as "Chinese medical history database";normative standards for symptom extraction refer to "Traditional Chinese Symptom Research".(2)The explanation of the etiology and pathogenesis of Gan controlling dispersion is based on "Basis Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine" and "Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine".(3)The pathophysioological interpretation of Western medicine is derived fron Physiology,Pathophysiology,Practical Diagnostics,Clinical Diagnostics,Neuroscience,Obstetrics and Gynecology,and Systematic Anatomy.3.Research procedures:(1)Find and screen out the symptoms caused by abnormal function of Gan controlling dispersion.(2)To find and summarize the common TCM pathogenesis of the fuction of Gan controlling dispersion,and to classify the symptoms caused by the abormal function of Gan controlling dispersion.(3)Based on the research objects of both Chinese and Western medicine,the purpose is to maintain human health,to infer,analyze and summarize the function of "Gan controlling dispersion" according to the traditional Chinese medicine's understanding of the Gan controlling dispersion and the systematic understanding of modern medicine.(4)From the symptoms caused by the abnormal function of Gan controlling dispersion of Chinese medicine,the pathophysiological interpretation of Western medicine for these sympotoms was found,and the biological basis,anatomical location,specific function and specific symptoms were obtain by comparing the 10 major system of Western medicine.Results: 1.The function of Gan controlling dispersion is similar to that of the visceral nervous system(VNS)regulating digestive,respiratory,reproductive,urinary,endorine,circulatory and emotional functions.2.The biological basis of the function of Gan controlling dispersion is the neurotransmitter acetylcholine(Ach)and norepinephrine(NE)released by the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve peripheral process of the visceal,neuropeptide substances such as substance P,tachykinin and calcitonin gene-related peptide released from ganglion cell terminals;cardiovascular and glandular organs,the limbic system,hypothalamus,cerebral cortex,etc.are the neurobiological basis of emotional regulation,possibibly with Serotoin(5-Hydroxtryp,5-HT),dopamine(DA),histamine(HA)and other changes in neurotransmitter content.3.The anatomical location of controlling dispersion'Gan is(1)susceptor that produces visceral sensory signals;(2)cerebral cortex,cerebral neocortex,limbic system,brainstem reticular strcture that produced visceral sensory signals;(3)general visceral sensation and motor signals Visceral sensory conduction pathway,special visceral sensory conduction pathway,special visceral sensory conduction pathway,and visceral motor signaling pathway.4.The unique function of the Gan controlling dispersion is to(1)regulate emotion;(2)produce and transmit visceral sensation,motor signals,coordination of function of internal organs(digestion,respiration,urinary,reproductive organs,etc.),cardiovascular and glandular activities.5.The specific symptoms of the Gan controlling dispersion function are upset,suspicious,unhappy,irritable,irritated,reticent,fearful,and sentimental.Conclusions: The function of Gan controlling dispersion in traditional Chinese medicine is similar to the function of visceral nervous system in western medicine.It is possible to try to detect and treat diseases caused by dysfunction of visceral nervous system from the theory of Gan controlling dispersion.
