Clinacal Study Of Sanhan-Wengyang-Jianpi Prescription In Treating Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective:This study will fully explore the ancient and modern literature theory,from the perspective of visceral phlegm and cold dampness,analyze the syndrome of irritable bowel syndrome'latency of cold dampness',through the collection of cases,observe the patient taking Lizhong Decoction and Xiaojianzhong Decoction The efficacy of irritable bowel syndrome,and the evaluation of clinical efficacy and quality of life by questionnaires,to verify the clinical use of"dispersed cold and warm spleen"method in the treatment of 'latency of cold dampness'syndrome diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome Efficacy.Methods:Divided into theoretical research and clinical research.In the theoretical research section,the theoretical research and treatment progress of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)by Chinese medicine and western medicine are explained.The clinical research part is based on relevant criteria for clinical research design.Randomized and controlled methods are used to treat 60 cases.Patients diagnosed with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome and TCM syndromes of spleen-yang deficiency were divided into Chinese medicine treatment group(30 cases)and western medicine control group(30 cases).Among them,the treatment group was treated with Lizhong Decoction and Xiaojianzhong Decoction,and the compound glutamine enteric-coated capsule combined with Bifidobacterium triple live capsule was administered to the control group.The total course of treatment was 28 days.At the same time,60 patients were followed up by questionnaire using the TCM syndrome grading and quantification table during the treatment.The clinical efficacy and quality of life of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and analyzed.Results:Analytical processing was performed by Stata/SE 12.0 and GraphPad Prism 6.01 software.According to the statistical analysis,in the evaluation of curative effect,firstly,the scores of individual syndromes in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and the western medicine control group were significantly different(P<0.01),indicating that the two groups were diarrhea.Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome with cold and dampness syndrome has a good therapeutic effect;the second group of syndromes,the treatment group and the control group have statistically significant differences in abdominal cold pain(P<0.01).There was a statistically significant difference in the frequency of diarrhea and fatigue,(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)in the two groups:chilled and cold,and the mucus was not fragrant.There was a statistically significant difference in the total scores of the syndromes after treatment(P<0.01).The total effective rate was 83.3%in the treatment group and 66.7%in the control group.There was a statistical difference between the two groups in terms of total effective rate(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the apparent rate(P>0.05).Conclusions:The patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome with cold and dampness syndrome have achieved good clinical results,and the improvement of patients'self-feeling has certain advantages over western medicine treatment.
