| Objective: To study the combined application value of sublingual immunotherapy of Dust Drops and Chinese medicine Yishangyang Decoction in the treatment of persistent allergic rhinitis, and provide reference experimental basis for clinical treatment of persistent allergic rhinitis. Methods: 98 patients with moderate to severe persistent allergic rhinitis were enrolled in the study. All patients were admitted to the hospital from April 2016 to September 2017.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table. One group was the control group(49 cases)and the other group. The group was the study group(49 cases). The control group was treated with sublingual immunotherapy with dust mites. The study group was treated with sublingual immunotherapy of Dust mites and Chinese medicine Yiqiyangyang Decoction. The indexes of patients with moderate to severe persistent allergic rhinitis were compared.Changes, namely: visual analog scale score, total drug score, total nasal symptom score, helper T cell 17 / regulatory T cell immune balance, serum indicators(interleukin-17,transforming growth factor-β1,immunity Globulin E and eosinophil percentage),quality of life(rhymatitis-related behavior, emotional response, ocular symptoms, daily activities,non-nasal-conjunctivitis symptoms, nasal symptoms and sleep)score, total effective rate and adverse reactions(The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions, headache, dizziness and fatigue.Results:(1)Visual analog scale score. There was no significant difference in the scores of the visual analog scales before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Before the comparison, the scores of the visual analog scales after treatment were significantly lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the visual analogue scale scores of the study group were significantly lower after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Total drug score. There was no significant difference in the total scores of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Before the treatment, the total scores of the drugs after treatment were significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the total score of the drugs in the study group was significantly lower after treatment.(P<0.05).(3)Total score of nasal symptoms. There was no significant difference in the total score of nasal symptoms before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Before the treatment, the total score of nasal symptoms was significantly lower after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the nose of the study group after treatment. The overall symptom score was significantly lower(P < 0.05).(4)Helper T cell 17/regulatory T cell immune balance. There were no significant differences in the levels of helper T cells and regulatory T cells between the two groups(P>0.05).Before the treatment, the levels of helper T cells17 were lower after treatment.Regulatory T cells The level was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the level of helper T cells was lower and the level of regulatory T cells was higher in the study group(P<0.05).(5)Serum indicators. There was no significant difference in the percentage of interleukin-17,transforming growth factor-β1,immunoglobulin E and eosinophils before treatment(P>0.05).Before treatment, the two groups were treated with leukocyte. The percentage of-17,immunoglobulin E and eosinophils was lower, and the level of transforming growth factor-β1 was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the study group was treated with interleukin-17.The percentage of immunoglobulin E and eosinophils was lower, and the level of transforming growth factor-β1 was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)Quality of Life. There were no significant differences in pre-treatment rhinitis-related behaviors, emotional reactions, ocular symptoms, daily activities,non-nasal-conjunctivitis symptoms, nasal symptoms, and sleep scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,rhinitis-related behaviors, emotional reactions, ocular symptoms, daily activities,non-nasal-conjunctivitis symptoms, nasal symptoms and sleep scores were significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,rhinitis-related behaviors, emotional reactions, eye symptoms, daily activities,non-nasal-conjunctivitis symptoms, nasal symptoms and sleep scores were significantly lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(7)Always efficient.Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher after treatment(P<0.05).(8)The incidence of adverse reactions.Compared with the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment was significantly lower in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The sublingual immunotherapy of Dust Drops and the Chinese medicine Yishangyang Decoction in combination with the treatment of moderate to severe persistent allergic rhinitis is better than the sublingual immunotherapy of single dust mite drops, indicating that the effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine is better.Single sublingual immunotherapy.(2)Sublingual immunotherapy with dust mites and traditional Chinese medicine Yiqiuyang decoction in the treatment of persistent allergic rhinitis can further alleviate the nasal symptoms of patients, such as nasal itching, nasal congestion, runny nose and sneezing, etc.,can reduce the nose The frequency of symptoms and the dose of the drug can reduce the adverse effects of nasal symptoms on the patient, and can effectively regulate the patient’s helper T cell 17/regulatory T cell immune balance, improve serum index, and improve the quality of life.(3)The sublingual immunotherapy of Dust mites and the Chinese medicine Yishangyang Decoction are combined in the treatment of moderate to severe persistent allergic rhinitis with less adverse reactions and high drug safety. |
