Objective:To analyze the comparison of the curative effect of thoracoscope-assisted and conventional surgery with encircling bone grafter in the treatment of rib fracture,it can provide a reference for treatment of rib fracture. Methods:Patients with rib fractures admitted to our hospital from 2009 to 2013 and 2016 to 2018 were selected(all received surgical treatment). It can be divided into two groups, one group of thoracoscope surgery group(61 cases),another group of traditional surgery group(43 cases),on two groups of postoperative days 1,2,3,pain degree,1,2,3 days after the traffic volume and the occurrence of complications, length of incision and drainage tube indwelling time, length of hospital stay, operative time and intraoperative blood loss, and so on and so forth were analyzed.Result:?The number of days in hospital, intraoperative blood loss, incision length, operation time, drainage volume on the first day and the second day after surgery were correlated with the number of rib fractures in the traditional group(P<0.05).?The number of days in hospital and the duration of drainage tube indwelling in the thoracoscopy group were correlated with the number of rib fractures(P<0.05).?The amount of intraoperative blood loss, the length of incision, the operation time, the drainage volume one day after the operation were correlated with the number of encircling grafts(P<0.05).?In the thoracoscopy group, the incision length, operation time, and drainage volume on the first day after surgery were correlated with the number of encircling bone grafts(P<0.05).?For the two groups with less than or equal to three encircling grafts, the endoscopic group had less intraoperative blood loss, shorter incision length, less drainage volume on the first, second and third days after surgery, lower incidence of complications and less pain on the first, second and third days after surgery(P<0.05).?For the application of the number of circular type bone grafter more than tree, the average age of the endoscopic group is larger, after the second and third days of less drainage,The incidence of complications is lower and postoperative 1,2,3 days of pain is less(P<0.05).?The complication rate of thoracoscopic surgery group is lower than that of traditional surgery group.Conclusion:1.Thoracoscopic assisted open reduction and internal fixation of rib fractures with less than or equal to three rib encircling devices has more obvious advantages in incision length and intraoperative blood loss than traditional surgery.2.Assisted by thoracoscopy, open reduction and internal fixation for rib fracture can precisely locate the fracture site and reduce surgical trauma, which has obvious advantages over traditional surgery in intraoperative blood loss, incision length, postoperative complications, postoperative exudation and postoperative pain.
