Purpose:Taking constipation patients as the research object,the differences of acupuncture and moxibustion on single acupoint and acupoint compatibility were analyzed by clinical experiment,to provide a more scientific and reasonable treatment plan for clinical acupoint selection.Methods:According to the principle of random control,60 patients were divided into compatibility group and single point group,with 30 patients in each group.Compatibility group:tianshu?dachangshu?shangjuxu.Single point:tianshu,the daily acupuncture time of each group was 30 minutes,once a day,rest for 2 days after every 5 treatments,4 weeks is a course of treatment,a total of one course of treatment.At the end of a course of treatment,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated according to PAC-SYM and the quality of life improvement was compared according to PAC-QOL.Follow-up was conducted at 4 and 8 weeks after treatment,the difference in long-term efficacy between the two groups was observed according to A.Result :1.There was no statistical significance(p>0.05)in gender,age and course of disease in patients in the combination group and single point group.2.Before the treatment:the scores of PAC-SYM and PAC-QOL are not statistically significant(p>0.05).3.The two groups were compared before and after treatment:the scores of PAC-SYM and PAC-QOL were statistically significant(p<0.05).4.After treatment:the scores of PAC-SYM and PAC-QOL in the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.05).5.Follow-up was conducted at week 4 after treatment:the scores of PAC-SYM in both groups were statistically significant(p<0.05).6.Follow-up was conducted at week 8 after treatment:the scores of PAC-SYM in the two groups were not statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.The compatibility group and single point group had an improvement effect on PAC-SYM and PAC-QOL,but the compatibility group was better than the single point group.2.The short-term curative effect of the combination group on constipation was better than that of the single point group,and the long-term curative effect of the two groups was similar.
