Clinical Study Of Xiao-ji-Qing-e Decoction In The Treatment Of Tonsillitis (Dyspepsia Generate Heat Type)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaojiqinge decoction in treating 60 cases of Ru-e(type of dyspepsia generating heat),and to confirm the efficacy and safety of Xiaojiqinge decoction in the treatment of Ru-e(type of dyspepsia generating heat)by comparing it with Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid.It provides theoretical and practical basis for clinical application and popularization..Methods: To collect 60 children who met the diagnostic criteria of Ru-e(type of dyspepsia generating heat).Among them.By using randomized controlled trial,the 60 patients were divided into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The treatment group was treated with Xiaojiqinge decoction,and the control group was treated with Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid for 7 days.All patients were followed up for 2month.Results: Comparison of disease efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.86 %,which was significantly better than the treatment group 74.09 %(P<UNK>0.05).The treatment group has an advantage.Comparison of relapse rate after withdrawal:7.40 % in treatment group,the recurrence rate of control group was 33.33 %.P<UNK>0.05,the recurrence rate of treatment group was significantly lower than the recurrence rate of the contrastive group.Conclusion: Xiaojiqinge decoction significantly improve Ru-e(dyspepsia generate heat type),which can nuclear red and swollen throat,sore throat,fever,often abdominal distension full,stool stem node,such as clinical symptoms.It can not only eliminate the young child element volume heat while children improve physical fitness,but also can effectively reduce the recurrent of Ru-e.Therefore,it is worthy of wide application and promotion in the treatment of Ru-e(dyspepsia internal heating type),which could provide more scientific ideas and research methods for clinical treatment.
