Objective:To study the epidemiological characteristics of advanced gastric cancer and its correlation with each other so as to provide scientific basis for endoscopic diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of gastric cancer.Methods:(1)The clinical data of advanced gastric cancer patients admitted to affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College in 2013-2017 were retrospectively collected.(2)The pathological location and morphological type of the patients were obtained by endoscopic reporting system.(3)To investigate the correlation among pathological location, morphologic type and histopathology of gastric cancer.ariables.Results:(1)Among the hospitalized cases of gastric cancer collected in this study,115 cases of gastric cancer were diagnosed by endoscopic examination and pathological biopsy.(2)Endoscopic gastric cancer good hair thelesionwere mainly for the antropylorous(60%),followed by the body of the stomach(22.6%),multiple lesions(13%)and stomach(4.3%)is relatively rare.Endoscopic gastric cancer good hair morphological types are mainly type III(ulcer infiltrating type)(31.3%),followed by type I(polypoid type or fungating type)(27%)and II(focal ulcer type)(22.6%),type IV(infiltrating type)(13.9%),a rare mixed type(5.2%).(3)There was a moderate correlation between the location of endoscopic lesion and the type of endoscopic morphology.(R=0.377).And there was statistical significance between the two groups(?2=23.920,P=0.021);(4)The main manifestations of gastric cardia carcinoma and gastric body cancer were type I(polyposis fungoides)(60.0 and 38.5%).The main manifestations of gastric antrum were type ?(ulcer infiltration type)(34.8 %),and the lesions were mainly classified as type ?(diffuse infiltration type)and type ?(ulcer infiltration type)(33.3 %,33.3 %).The most common lesions were poorly differentiated carcinomas with high malignancy, and low differentiation carcinomas with high malignancy.Conclusion:(1)The distribution of different pathological sites and morphologic types of gastric cancer is different.By analyzing the related influencing factors,we can provide a scientific theoretical basis for improving the diagnostic rate of gastric cancer.(2)Because of the moderate correlation between the lesion site and the morphological type, the focus of the endoscopic examination in different parts is to improve the diagnostic rate.At the same time, the treatment and prognosis of different sites were analyzed and evaluated according to the pathological features of morphological types.(3)The histopathological features were low-differentiated carcinoma with high malignancy.
