| Objective: To investigate the relationship between the clinical parameters and the degree of hepatic steatosis in patients with metabolic syndrome complicated with nonalcoholic fatty liver. Methods: From October 2017 to May 2018,patients with metabolic syndrome were selected for physical examination and hospitalization in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.Ultrasound diagnosis of abdominal liver of metabolic syndrome patients was performed by a unified type of ultrasound diagnostic instrument(model: PHILIPS-IEELite)according to the liver elasticity test standard. The diagnostic results were divided into 0 grades(negative: FAP value < 240 dB/m),1 grades(mild: 240 dB/m < FAP value < 265 dBb/m),2 grades(moderate: 265 dB/m < FAP value < 295 dB/m)and 3 grades(severe: FAP value < 240 dB/m).Grades 1 to 3 were positive.According to the diagnostic results, they were divided into three groups: mild fatty liver group(n = 50),moderate fatty liver group(n = 50),severe fatty liver group(n = 50),and healthy persons with normal abdominal liver ultrasound diagnosis of non-metabolic syndrome were selected as control group(n = 50).Result:The general data and biochemical index data of each group were analyzed.Chi-square test and one-way ANOVA showed that there were significant differences in sex, age, body mass index, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, coronary heart disease and diabetic complications among four groups: control group, mild group, moderate group and severe group(p<0.05).Metabolic syndrome patients complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver, with the aggravation of the degree of liver steatosis, the proportion of males gradually increased, age, body mass index, systolic blood pressure, diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes complications gradually increased.2.Analysis of variance showed that there was no significant difference in urea nitrogen index between the four groups, but there was significant difference in fasting blood sugar,two-hour postprandial blood sugar, triglyceride, total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein,high-density lipoprotein, uric acid, glutamic oxalate transaminase and alanine transaminase index between the four groups(p < 0.05).Metabolic syndrome patients complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver. With the aggravation of liver steatosis, fasting blood glucose,two-hour postprandial blood glucose, triglyceride, total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein, uric acid, glutamic oxalate transaminase and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase gradually increased, while high-density lipoprotein gradually decreased. Conclusion: Metabolic syndrome patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver are getting worse with the severity of fatty liver steatosis. |
