| Objective:A study on the status of psychological disorder and risk factors in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods:A total of 205 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(GerdQ)were selected and investigated by the gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire(GerdQ).The GerdQ score was greater than or equal to 8 points,and the patient was diagnosed as gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).The patients in the two groups were divided into male group and female group according to gender.The patients in the two groups were again graded by self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS),also collect the general information,and the status quo and risk factors of GERD patients with psychological abnormalities were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)the incidence of depression and anxiety was different between the two groups.The incidence of anxiety and depression in the female group was higher than that in the male group.(2)after multivariate regression analysis of the total sample,the results showed that:gender and life shock were independent factors affecting GERD patients’ psychological diseases,and all of them were independent risk factors.(3)respectively on two groups of multiple factors regression analysis,the result shows:the men in the group life blow,GERD score for patients with GERD lead to mental disease independent factors,and are independent risk factors for the OR values were 2.711,1.715,big blow,professional women in the group life for patients with GERD lead to mental disease independent factors,and are independent risk factors,the OR value of 2.289,1.361,respectively.Conclusion:GERD patients in the female group had more psychological abnormalities than those in the male group.Life with or without stroke was a common risk factor for both men and women. |
