Objective: To analyze the structure of the nasal tube's anatomical morphology for Uygur normal population in Urumqi by using cone beam computed tomography. Methods: A total of 160 Uyghur imaging data were collected from the Department of Stomatology,People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from September 2016 to September 2017,including 82 males and 78 females. The diameter and length of the nasal canal, the length of the labial bone, the thickness and the diameter of the nasal tube were measured and analyzed. Results: The length and diameter of the sinus tube and the length and diameter of the labial plate were related to gender and age.Except for the high diameter of the sinus tube, the male sinus tube measurement items were larger than women, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).With the increase of age,the diameter and length of the sinus tube and the diameter of the oral side opening of the sinus tube gradually increased. The thickness of the labial bone and the length of the labial bone of the sinus tube gradually decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the measurement items between the sinus and the labial bone of the sinus of the sinus tube(P>0.05).Conclusion: The anatomical structure of the sinus tube in the normal Uygur population is related to gender and age.Accurate analysis before surgery is beneficial to avoid damage to the nasal tube and improve the success rate of implant restoration in the upper anterior region.
