Objective:To study the differential between plasma metabolic products and pathways of Chronic Heart Failure(CHF)and control groups, providing useful information for exploring diagnostic and therapeutic targets, and serum biomarkers were which provided an important diagnostic tool for the objective quantitative evaluation of myocardial metabolic remodeling in chronic heart failure.Method: To study the subjects included 46 patients in groups of CHF and 12 patients in normal controls by LC-MS technique, using multivariate statistical method PCA,partial least squares discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA)),take the VIP value of the OPLS-DA model(threshold?1),and the independent sample T test(P<0.05)to find differentially expressed metabolites, using Metabo Analyst online analysis software to screen out differential metabolic pathways, important differences Subjects were to receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis.Result:The OPLS-DA model had good discrimination and predictability.Finding 191 species of metabolites including lipids, amino acids and sugars and 41 species of pathway are statistically significant, among which Sensitivity, specificity, and area under the ROC curve(AUC)of Oleoyl Ethanolamide-d4?sphingosine ?C16 sphingosine?Isochapelieric acid methyl ester ?1?,25-dihydroxy-22-oxavitamin D3 3-hemiglutarate(100.0,100.0,1;100.0,100.0,1;100.0,100.0,1;100.0,0.0,1;97.0,100.0,0.995);two Pathways of Citrate cycle(TCA cycle)and Glycerophospholipid metabolism, the difference in metabolic pathway(P<0.05)was statistically significant. Conclusion: Plasma metabolites and pathways in patients with chronic heart failure significant difference from the others, differential metabolites and pathways may be potential biomarkers for CHF and therapeutic targets.
