Application Of PSQI Scale To Evaluate The Clinical Study Of Jieyu Ningxin Prescription In Improving Sleep Quality Of Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jieyu Ningxin Decoction on improving sleep quality of patients with coronary heart disease and insomnia by PSQI scale.Methods: Collected from January 2018 to December 2018,72 patients with coronary heart disease and insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were given secondary treatment of coronary heart disease and sleep health education.Sleep was evaluated according to PSQI scale.If the quality of sleep is necessary,alprazolam tablets are given orally.The treatment group is treated with Jieyu Ningxin Decoction on the basis.After 4 weeks of continuous intervention,we observed the changes of total scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scale and each factor score before and after treatment in the two groups;the changes of TCM syndromes before and after treatment in the two groups;the discontinuation rate of alprazolam tablets before and after treatment in the two groups.Result:Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and the improvement of each factor:After treatment,the effective rate of improving PSQI scale score was 86.11% in the treatment group and 80.56% in the control group,with no statistical significance(P> 0.05);the total PSQI score and each factor score of the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment(P< 0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P< 0.05).It was obvious(P<0.01).Improvement of TCM syndromes: the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were improved by 91.67%,while those in the control group were improved by 72.22%.The scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P< 0.05).The scores ofchest tightness,chest pain,difficulty in falling asleep,multiple dreams,wakefulness,fatigue and single symptom in the control group were all better than those before treatment(P< 0.05).The former decreased(P< 0.05),and the scores of each TCM syndrome in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P< 0.05).Alprazolam discontinuation rate: After treatment,the discontinuation rate of alprazolam tablets in the treatment group was 86.11%,while that in the control group was 38.89%.The discontinuation rate in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions: Jieyu Ningxin Decoction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with coronary heart disease and insomnia.It can also improve the total score of PSQI scale,the score of each factor and the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine.At the same time,it can improve the stop-and-drop rate of alprazolam tablets.
