Treatment Of Primary Osteoporosis With Zuogui Pill:A Meta-analysis

Objective:The clinical randomized controlled trial of Zuogui Pill for the treatment of primary osteoporosis will be used as the research object to extract data from the selected literature and use Meta analysis to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zuogui Pill for primary osteoporosis.The defects in the clinical trial of Zuogui Pill for primary osteoporosis were suggested,and the evidence of evidence-based medicine was provided for the prevention and treatment of primary osteoporosis.Method:The main Chinese and English databases at home and abroad are comprehensively retrieved according to the search strategy formulated by this project:CNKI,CBM?WF,VIP,Pubmed,EMABASE,CMFD,CPFD and Cochrane Library.A comprehensive collection of Zuogui Pill in the treatment of primary osteoporosis clinical randomized control trial.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria formulated by the subject study,two screening tests were carried out to screen out the required literature.Design and research the basic data information extraction data table,extract the literature data included in the study,and use Jadad scoring table to evaluate the quality of the included literature.Revman 5.3 software was used to analyze the total effective rate,bone mineral density of lumbar spine and femoral neck and bone metabolic markers of the patients after Zuogui pill and Western medicine.Result:After comprehensive search and two screening of literature,a total of 18 clinical randomized controlled trials were included,1276 patients included.In the treatment group,Zuogui pill was the main prescription,or Zuogui pill was combined with basic treatment of anti-osteoporosis western medicine,while in the control group,7 were single anti-osteoporosis western medicine;3 were treated with traditional Chinese medicine for anti-osteoporosis,and 5 were combined with anti-osteoporosis western medicine.Three articles were combined with three kinds of anti-osteoporosis drugs.Meta analysis results were as follows:1)Total effective rate:15 articles were included,OR=4.95,95%CI=3.51,6.98;P<0.000012)BMD:A total of 11 articles were included,MD=0.08,95%CI=0.04,0.11(P<0.00001).3)Bone mineral density of femoral neck:8 articles were included,MD=0.06,95%CI=0.02,0.11,P=0.003.4)25-(OH)VitD3:A total of 4 articles were included,MD=4.26,95%CI=[3.34,5.19],P<0.00001.5)? CTX:Two articles were included,MD=-0.19,95%CI=[-0.30,-0.07],P=0.002.6)TRACP:Two articles including MD=-1.03,95%CI=[-1.95,-0.11],P=0.03 Conclusion:After a Meta analysis of the documentary evidence,the preliminary conclusions are as follows:(1)Zuo Gui Pill has a significant clinical effect on primary osteoporosis,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low;It is significant to improve the density of lumbar spine and femoral neck in patients with primary osteoporosis.(2)Zuogui Pill can effectively reduce the levels of the bone absorption markers TRACP and ?-CTX in patients with primary osteoporosis,indicating that its mechanism of action may be related to inhibiting osteoclast activity,inhibiting bone absorption,and reducing bone conversion.
