Objective:To compare the clinical outcome of Short-acting Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone Agonist Protocol and Progestin-primed Ovarian Stimulation Protocol in poor ovarian responders, and to find an ideal ovulation induction regimen for poor ovarian responders. Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on 467 cycles of patients with ovarian hyporesponsiveness who received IVF-ET from January 2016 to December 2018 at the First Affiliated Hospital Reproductive Center of Xinjiang Medical University. They were treated with Short-acting Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone Agonist Protocol(group A,244 cycles)or PPOS protocol(group B,223 cycles)for controlled ovulation induction.compare datas of female endocrine hormone level,HCG day female endocrine hormone level, laboratory indexes, clinical outcomes and so on in two different groups. Results:No significant discrepancy were found in female age, infertility years,BMI,AFC,basic female endocrine hormones(FSH,LH,P,E2),female endocrine hormones(FSH,P,E2)on HCG day, endometrial thickness on transplantation day, number of eggs obtained, rate or number of eggs obtained, pregnancy rate and also rate of good embryos between the two protocol groups(P> 0.05).There were significant discrepancy in LH level on HCG day, total level of Gnand the stimulate days of Gn between the two protocol groups(P< 0.05),The statistical method was analyzed by SPSS22.0 software package,P< 0.05.Conclusion:This study suggests that PPOS regimen can effectively reduce early LH peak, reduce Gn dosage and stimulation days without sacrificing ovulation and pregnancy rates, and achieve efficient ovulation promotion.
